The Campsite

The large camping field can comfortably accommodate up to 100 campers, and has outdoor taps, BBQ tables, and a permanent camp fire setting with log seating. Firewood and lightweight tents can all be made available on request.

The campsite is fully equipped for both unit and patrol camping, with the Annex providing centrally heated wet weather general purpose indoor hall with tables and chairs, and a fitted sink unit and hot/cold water. The kitchen is equipped with a large electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and sink unit with hot/cold water. There are toilets, washing and shower facilities, including facilities for people with disabilities. There is a large basement for drying tents during a wet-strike (by arrangement).
